What you run
An online store at amoox.com/your-name. You bring the products: your own making, your family business or local suppliers. You are its only Founder and can bring in up to five interns.
Who buys
Shoppers find your store in the Amoox directory by name, product or category, or through the links you share. They order on a fast, mobile-first storefront.
How you earn
Customers pay your store directly, through your own Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe or another gateway, or cash on delivery. Amoox takes no commission; you pay one yearly Founder seat fee.

A Solo startup is the simplest STARTIONS startup. There are no Co-Founder or Teammate seats and no STARTIONS loan; the Founder alone is the Finance Committee and approves every expense.
Founder
Owns the store and its sales: customers pay the store's own gateway. Runs the catalogue, prices, orders and marketing, and chooses what each intern can do.
Intern
Joins a store through STARTIONS with their own intern seat and learns by running it with the Founder, with the store access the Founder gives.

Fees in INR, the same for every type, plus 18% GST. Seat fees are STARTIONS' income, not the startup's revenue. Each student chooses manual or automatic yearly renewal.

For example, a Founder seat needs a score of 80 or more for the 30% discount; any score gets it on an Intern seat. Discounted fees shown are a year, before 18% GST. Your first attempt is free, and you can retake the test up to five times.
When does your store pay back?
Move the sliders. Your store's sales are paid to you; take away what the products cost, shipping, the gateway fee and marketing, then the Founder seat fee.

Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older with a PAN card and a bank account in their own name. If your parents can't give written permission, you sign a legal undertaking instead.
When do I pay?
Only after STARTIONS approves your application. You then pay the yearly Founder seat fee of ₹97,200 + GST, and your store is created straight away.
Who owns the store and its sales?
You do. Customers pay your store directly through your own payment gateway, and STARTIONS takes no commission on your sales.
Can I have a team?
Yes, up to five interns. STARTIONS invites them, each pays the intern seat fee of ₹18,000 a year + GST, and they get the store access you choose.
Are the stores on amoox.com real?
Stores marked "Demo store" are working samples you can browse and try; they take no orders. Real stores appear in the directory, and in the live chart above, as their Founders go live.
What happens if my Founder seat ends?
The store is frozen: you can still sign in and export your data, but it stops taking orders until the seat is renewed.
