Run the practice platform for India's advocates.
Arbitaly is a hearing-first legal CRM for Indian advocates, chambers and law firms: a court diary that flags clashes, matters, clients, documents and fees, and a client link that explains every adjournment in plain English, Hindi or Marathi. Around it runs a verified network where law students book internships, earn verifiable certificates and log their Bar Council weeks.

Every hearing, ready the night before.Sample briefcase
A legal CRM built around the hearing.
The problem
Most Indian practices run on paper diaries, WhatsApp and memory. Clients call after every adjournment to ask what happened; two listings in different courts collide; fees slip. Law students hunt for internships informally and have no verified record of the weeks the Bar Council asks for.
Who buys
Advocates, chambers and law firms subscribe, from a solo practice to a firm with juniors, staff and interns. Law students and college internship cells join the network through their own logins.
How it earns
Yearly subscriptions, Standard, Premium and Ultra Premium, billed by STARTIONS. Arbitaly holds no client money and takes no commission on fees, appearances or honorariums: clients pay the firm through the firm's own gateway.
A court diary that thinks ahead.
“Next date?” answered before the client asks, in the language they read.
Court diary and clashes
Each matter's next hearing follows its listings. Two courts within 90 minutes on one day are flagged; every adjournment keeps its reason.
Tomorrow's Briefcase
At 7 pm: tomorrow's hearings to advocates, juniors and staff, a "hearing tomorrow" WhatsApp to clients and fee reminders.
Client status link
No login: next hearing, stage, updates, shared documents and Pay now through the firm's own gateway, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
Matters, clients, documents
Parties, tasks, notes and a document vault per matter; a conflict check on every new party at intake.
Drafting studio
Vakalatnama, legal notice, affidavit in English and Hindi, bail and adjournment applications, engagement letter, filled from the matter.
Roles and a read audit
Advocates, juniors, staff and interns; interns see only matters assigned to them. Every open and download is logged.
Where law students earn verified weeks.
ARB-······Internship slots
Verified advocates post a day, a week or a month at a court complex; verified students apply, sign the undertaking once per host and check in with a 6-letter code.
IPI score and certificates
Hosts close each internship with a rubric: attendance, tasks, skills, diary and conduct. Students get an ARB certificate anyone can verify.
The Bar Council weeks ledger
Verified days add up to credit weeks against the 12 or 20 weeks Rule 25 asks for, on each college's own rules.
Appearance network
A verified firm asks another to appear at a fixed fee, paid directly. No commission, no money held.
Members-only community
Directories of advocates, interns and colleges, private messages, mentoring and paid consultations. Never public: Rule 36 forbids lawyer advertising.

What a Student Admin does.
Find
Map the advocates, chambers and firms around your city's courts, and the internship cells of its law colleges.
Onboard
Demo Arbitaly on the sample firm, start the advocate's free trial, set up their diary, roles and client link.
Support
Answer firms' questions; in Operations or Customer Support, recommend advocates, students and colleges for verification.
Grow
Renewals, upgrades from Standard to Ultra Premium, more firms per court complex, more colleges in the network.
Students never see a matter, a client or a document: the kit refuses every STARTIONS user access to a firm's data. Firms sign up on arbitaly.com; only Super Admin verifies advocates, students and colleges.

Four roles, one profit pool, paid to students.
100% of Arbitaly's net profit goes to its students; STARTIONS takes none of it. Each role has a share of the pool, split equally among that role's seats and paid once a year after the financial year ends, as Startup Execution Remuneration with TDS deducted.
Founder
Leads Arbitaly, prices and edits packages, and sits on the Finance Committee that approves spending.
Co-Founder
Owns a department (Sales, Marketing or Operations), prices and edits packages, sits on the Finance Committee.
Teammate
Runs a sub-team such as Customer Onboarding, Support, Online, Branding, Tech or Finance. Views packages.
Intern
Learns inside a department alongside the team. Views everything; earns the experience and the certificate.
Five consecutive paid years with an active seat earn ownership: 11% shared by Founders, 11% by Co-Founders and 11% by Teammates, growing 20% a year on your dashboard certificate. A Major startup can take a ₹75,000 STARTIONS loan for operating costs on a unanimous vote of all 27 seats.
Who is already on the bench.
This chart reads Arbitaly's seats from Nirmata. A seat turns "Taken" the moment its payment is verified, so what you see open is open right now.
Seats and yearly fees by startup type
| Startup type | Founders | Co-Founders | Teammates | Interns | Seats | All seats, a year |

Fees in INR, the same for every type, plus 18% GST. Seat fees are STARTIONS' income, not the startup's revenue. Each student chooses manual or automatic yearly renewal.

- Co-Founder 60–79
- Teammate 40–59
- Intern 0–39
Clear the readiness test, get 30% off your seat.
Take the free Startions Readiness Score test: ten questions, about three minutes. Your score places you at a level, from Intern up to Founder. If your level matches the role you apply for, or is higher, you get a flat 30% discount on that role's annual seat fee.
| Your score | 30% off these seats |
|---|---|
| 80–100 · Founder level | Founder ₹68,040, Co-Founder ₹51,030, Teammate ₹28,350, Intern ₹12,600 |
| 60–79 · Co-Founder level | Co-Founder ₹51,030, Teammate ₹28,350, Intern ₹12,600 |
| 40–59 · Teammate level | Teammate ₹28,350, Intern ₹12,600 |
| 0–39 · Intern level | Intern ₹12,600 |
For example, a score of 65 is Co-Founder level: you get 30% off a Co-Founder, Teammate or Intern seat, but not a Founder seat. A score at Teammate level gets 30% off a Teammate or Intern seat only. Discounted fees shown are a year, before 18% GST. Your first attempt is free, and you can retake the test up to five times.
What a seat could pay back.
Move the sliders. Firm subscriptions are Arbitaly's revenue (ex-GST), counted in the month they are paid; approved costs come off; a tax reserve is kept aside; the rest is net profit, split into the role pools and shared per seat.
Plans: Standard ₹4,995 / Premium ₹9,995 / Ultra Premium ₹19,995 a year, ex-GST, as set in Nirmata today. Revenue counts in the month it is paid. Each role's pool is split equally among its seats, assuming every seat is filled; a role with fewer students pays each of them more. Paid once a year, after 31 March, with TDS deducted. A loss is not paid out and carries forward.

Before you apply.
Do I need a tech background?
No. The product, hosting and payments are built and run by STARTIONS. You find, onboard and support firms and grow the network.
Can I see a firm's matters or clients?
No. A firm's matters, clients and documents live in its own database, and the kit refuses every STARTIONS user, students and Super Admin alike. Students see counts and totals.
Does Arbitaly advertise lawyers?
No. Bar Council Rule 36 forbids lawyer advertising, ratings and lead generation, so the directory and network are members-only for verified advocates, students and colleges.
Who collects the subscriptions?
STARTIONS LLP bills every firm and issues the GST invoices. Firm subscriptions are Arbitaly's revenue; your seat fee is STARTIONS' income.
When and how are students paid?
Once a year, after the financial year ends on 31 March, as Startup Execution Remuneration with TDS deducted: 100% of net profit by role pool, pro rata for mid-year joiners. If Arbitaly makes a loss that year, nobody is paid and the loss carries forward.
Is income guaranteed?
No. The calculator is an illustration from the numbers you set. Results depend on the firms your team signs and keeps.
