Four roles, one profit pool, paid to students.
100% of Cosmias's net profit goes to its students; STARTIONS takes none of it. Each role has a share of the pool, split equally among that role's seats and paid once a year after the financial year ends, as Startup Execution Remuneration with TDS deducted.
Founder
Leads Cosmias, owns the sales targets and the team, prices and edits packages, sits on the Finance Committee.
Co-Founder
Runs a department (Sales, Marketing or Operations) with the Founders, prices and edits packages, sits on the Finance Committee.
Teammate
Runs a sub-team such as Customer Onboarding, Support, Online or Branding & Content. Views packages.
Intern
Learns inside a department alongside the team. Views everything; earns the experience and the certificate.
Five consecutive paid years with an active seat earn ownership: 11% shared by Founders, 11% by Co-Founders and 11% by Teammates, growing 20% a year on your dashboard certificate. A Mega startup can take a ₹1,00,000 STARTIONS loan for operating costs on a unanimous vote of all 36 seats.

For example, a score of 65 is Co-Founder level: you get 30% off a Co-Founder, Teammate or Intern seat, but not a Founder seat. A score at Teammate level gets 30% off a Teammate or Intern seat only. Discounted fees shown are a year, before 18% GST. Your best result of the last 30 days counts, one result discounts one seat, and that seat keeps the discount every year you renew it. Your first attempt is free, and you can retake the test up to five times.
What a seat could pay back.
Move the sliders. NGO packages are Cosmias's revenue here (ex-GST); CSR packages would add to it. Approved costs come off; a tax reserve is kept aside; the rest is net profit, split into the role pools and shared per seat.
Plans: NGO Standard ₹4,995 / NGO Premium ₹9,995 / NGO Ultra Premium ₹19,995 a year, ex-GST, as set in Nirmata today. Revenue counts in the month it is paid. Each role's pool is split equally among its seats, assuming every seat is filled; a role with fewer students pays each of them more. Paid once a year, after 31 March, with TDS deducted. A loss is not paid out and carries forward.

Does Cosmias handle donations or CSR money?
No. Donors pay NGOs through each NGO's own gateway, CSR funds go from company to NGO, and audit fees go to the auditor. Cosmias earns only from NGO and CSR packages, invoiced by STARTIONS LLP.
Who pays?
NGOs and CSR funders (companies, foundations, PSUs, HNIs) on Standard, Premium or Ultra Premium. Volunteers, donors and auditors are always free.
Does Cosmias sell carbon credits?
No. It lists carbon-credit companies whose registry projects STARTIONS checked; companies buy and retire credits on the registries. Volunteers' Green Points are a recognition score, not credits.
Can I see donors' details?
No. Students see counts and the verification desk, never donors, donations, receipts or volunteers' sign-ups.
Do I need to code?
No. The product, hosting and payments are built and run by STARTIONS. You sign up NGOs and CSR teams and grow the community.
What is the readiness discount?
Take the Startions Readiness Score test: if your level matches the role you apply for, or a higher one, you get 30% off that role's yearly seat fee.
Is income guaranteed?
No. The calculator is an illustration from the numbers you set. Results depend on the NGOs and funders your team signs and keeps.
