How you earn
The margin between the vendor price and your price, less the payment fees and a small Jyoox fee. Customers pay once; the split is automatic.

Fair limits on price
Your selling price sits between the vendor price + 5% and + 30%, so fees never push you below zero and no customer pays above MRP.

The customer pays once into STARTIONS' Razorpay. Razorpay Route pays the vendor and you, held 15 days in case of a return.

An order the vendor does not accept is cancelled and refunded in full, at the vendor's cost.

A Solo startup is the simplest STARTIONS startup. There are no Co-Founder or Teammate seats and no STARTIONS loan; the Founder alone is the Finance Committee and approves every expense.

Owns the store: picks the category and products, sets prices, markets the store and receives the profit on every sale.
Intern
Joins a store through STARTIONS with their own intern seat and learns by running it with the Founder, with the store access the Founder gives.

Fees in INR, the same for every type, plus 18% GST. Seat fees are STARTIONS' income, not the startup's revenue. Each student chooses manual or automatic yearly renewal.

For example, a Founder seat needs a score of 80 or more for the 30% discount; any score gets it on an Intern seat. Discounted fees shown are a year, before 18% GST. Your first attempt is free, and you can retake the test up to five times.
When does your store pay back?
Move the sliders. Every sale is split exactly as Jyoox splits it, with today's rates; then marketing and the Founder seat fee come off.
The markup stays between vendor price + 5% and + 30%, as on Jyoox. Fees are Super Admin's current rates: payment 2%, Route 0.1%, Jyoox 10% of your profit, each + GST. Assumes 18% GST on the product; returned sales earn nothing.

Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older with a PAN card and a bank account in their own name. If your parents can't give written permission, you sign a legal undertaking instead.
When do I pay?
Only after STARTIONS approves your application. You then pay the yearly Founder seat fee of ₹97,200 + GST, and your store is created straight away.
Who are the suppliers?
Vendors that STARTIONS has verified: GST, PAN, bank and pickup address. The suppliers on jyoox.com are samples; you see the real vendors in your category once you are approved.
How do I get paid?
Customers pay once. The vendor's share, your profit and the GST are split automatically, and your profit reaches your bank 15 days after each sale if there is no return.
Can I have a team?
Yes, up to five interns. STARTIONS invites them, each pays the intern seat fee of ₹18,000 a year + GST, and they get the store access you choose.
What happens if I don't renew?
After a short grace period your store becomes read-only: you can still sign in and export your data, but it stops taking orders until you renew.
